We're looking for experienced Cleaners to join our team

This is an Independent Contractor position. You'll be paid a fixed percentage of the charged cleaning cost. We'll assign jobs based on your availability, reliability, communication, and cleaning performance.

SmartCleaners.US can find you clients, schedule their cleaning around your availability, provide customer service, take care of client billing and payments, and help manage client feedback.

We provide this service at no charge to you.

You can accept referral jobs as often or as seldom as you'd like. Register with us based on your availability and take cleaning jobs in locations you wish to work in.

Independent contractors are not employees:

• You are your own boss;
• You have control over your schedule;
• Only work the hours and days you want to work;
• Full time or part-time.

We Handle:

• Advertising;
• Finding jobs;
• Phone estimates;
• Scheduling;
• Billing;
• Customer service;

You Handle:

• Cleaning Service;
• Picking up your paycheck.

- High school graduate or equivalent;
- Valid Driver's License with clean record ;
- Must be at least 18 years of age;
- A Vehicle with up to date insurance (preferred);
- Have your own tools and equipment (preferred);
- Proficiency to navigate tablet based technology;
- The ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds on a repetitive basis, and up to 100 pounds on an occasional basis without assistance and the physical ability to perform strenuous work under varied circumstance;
- Bilingual speaking ability in Russian is a plus.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to handle, or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk or hear. The employee must occasionally lift and / or move up to 50 pounds.
